The average rent for an apartment in New York’s Central Park neighborhood is $2,846 a month.
That’s a $6,800 per month increase from a year ago.
But the median rent in the city is only $1,923 a month, according to data from Zillow.
The median rent for a single person is $1.5 million a year, according a study from RealtyTrac.
That means if you live in New Orleans, the average rent in New Park, N.Y., is only a few hundred dollars a month higher than it was a year earlier.
That also means you can expect to pay more per month than in a similar neighborhood in Manhattan, where the median monthly rent is $3,531.
But that’s still far cheaper than in the heart of Manhattan, with the median apartment rent of $4,974.
The average price of a Manhattan apartment is $5,543 a month; the median price of an apartment is only about $2.4 million a month in Brooklyn, according the Zillog report.
If you live on the Upper East Side in Manhattan and commute from your apartment in Queens, it might not make sense to rent in Brooklyn.
The Upper East Siders have a much higher median rent than the rest of Manhattan.
But a person living in Brooklyn in 2018 would pay $1 million a week, or about $25,000 a year more, than if they lived in Manhattan.
So while Manhattan is the city for renters, New York is the neighborhood for renters who want to live closer to work.
If a person wants to live in Brooklyn but doesn’t want to move far from their job, they could live in Queens or Brooklyn.
But it doesn’t make sense for a person to live on a one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn if they don’t want their job to change jobs, so they want to rent out an apartment closer to their job.
“It’s a very complicated situation,” said Peter Cohen, vice president of the Renting Opportunities Center.
“If you are looking to live near your job, you need to rent somewhere that you can commute to and not have to pay for transit.
You need to have the right place to stay and a place to live.
And if you are going to stay in one place for the long haul, then you really want to be able to commute in and out of the city.”
