The Sea House is in the Sea

When a sea house is built, it’s usually a simple cottage or a caravan home.

But for a couple who live in a seaside property, a cottage is a great place to live.

The Sea house, on the coast of southern Queensland, was designed by architect Michael Ainslie and built in 2006 for $2.5 million.

“I’ve always wanted a house that could take you on a tour,” he says.

“And it could be that you could see the sea and you could walk around the beach.”

Michael Aenslie, the designer of the Sea House, is in Queensland with his wife, Lisa, and their son, James.

They are in their first year of teaching at the University of Queensland.

He started out designing homes for the wealthy and famous.

He said the most successful ones were built in countries that had been devastated by war or war-related trauma.

“We thought, ‘This is the kind of house that’s going to have to survive the next big catastrophe’,” he said.

“So we thought, why not do it for a house with no-one there?”

The Seahouse is made of timber, stone and a couple of wooden beams, with a wooden roof.

It has an open-plan design with exposed brickwork, a central air-conditioning system and a kitchen and bath with a built-in stove and a refrigerator.

The family built it in just five weeks.

The owner’s dream The SeaHouse is on the Sunshine Coast, where the climate is mild and the beach is sheltered from the sea.

There is no electricity or gas in the house.

It was built by architect and engineer Michael Aelsley.

“It’s a simple home, so we’ve done all the work for you,” Mr Aelslie says.

Mr Ainslires says his idea for the SeaHouse came to him while he was researching the design of a luxury caravan home on the Queensland coast.

He decided to build a house on the beach, not because it was expensive, but because it would make him feel like he was home.

He and his wife wanted to have something that was not going to take up a lot of space, and it was a lot quieter than the other caravan homes.

“The idea for this was that it could take the load off the kids,” he said
